These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sleep Baby Method website and digital program (the "Program"). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

The Sleep Baby Method is a digital educational video program about infant sleep, offered by Sleep Baby Method ("we", "us"). The Program includes video lessons, guides, and bonus materials delivered online. Access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase, on the devices and platforms we support.

2. Educational content, not medical advice

The Program provides educational guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the care of a pediatrician or other qualified health professional. Always consult your child's doctor regarding your child's health, sleep, and feeding, especially if your child has any medical condition. If you believe your child has a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Results

Every child and family is different. Results shown on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of specific outcomes. Your results depend on your child and on the consistency with which the Program is applied.

4. Purchases, pricing, and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency where available, or in US dollars. The amount charged is the amount displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. Local taxes may apply depending on your country.

5. Refund policy: the 7-night guarantee

We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee for 7 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email sleepybabysupport@gmail.com within that period. No justification is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. License and acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Program for your own family's use. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the Program or your login;
• Copy, download, record, or redistribute the videos or materials;
• Use the Program's content to create competing products or training.

We may suspend access in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Program, including videos, texts, names, methods, graphics, and materials, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Sleep Baby Method" and related marks may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update the Program and these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
